What size are your storage units?
How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?
Are there any other costs?
We will provide you with an access fob when you move in to your unit. There is a £10 deposit for this, which will be returned to you once you vacate the unit and return the fob.
Do I have to sign a lease?
Is there a minimum or maximum term?
How much notice do I need to give before vacating a unit?
What about insurance?
Although not compulsory, we recommend that customers consider insuring their goods whilst in storage. This can often be arranged through your existing home contents insurance, or through a separate policy. In most cases, we can also arrange cover for your contents whilst in storage if required, please contact us for more information.
How can I find out about availability?

Do I need to bring anything with me?
To book a unit you will need to bring photographic ID with you. You’ll also need a padlock. These can be purchased on site (from £10) or you can bring your own.
How do I pay for my unit?
When can I access my unit?
Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 17:00
- Saturday: 8:30 – 14:00
- Sunday: Closed
For access outside of these hours, please call us and we will endeavour to arrange where possible.
