What size are your storage units?
We have units in a range of sizes from 60 sq. ft. (5.4m2) up to 210 sq. ft. (19.8m2). Please call or e-mail to enquire regarding current availability.
How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?
Prices start from £55 per calendar month. Please call or e-mail to enquire regarding current availability.
Are there any other costs?

We will provide you with an access fob when you move in to your unit. There is a £10 deposit for this, which will be returned to you once you vacate the unit and return the fob.

Do I have to sign a lease?
No, you will be asked to complete a simple storage agreement prior to moving in to your unit and show valid photographic ID.
Is there a minimum or maximum term?
Our storage agreements are for an initial one month period and continue on a rolling basis thereafter, until you provide notice that you are vacating.
How much notice do I need to give before vacating a unit?
One month’s notice.
What about insurance?

Although not compulsory, we recommend that customers consider insuring their goods whilst in storage. This can often be arranged through your existing home contents insurance, or through a separate policy. In most cases, we can also arrange cover for your contents whilst in storage if required, please contact us for more information.

Do I need to make an appointment to view?
Yes, please call or e-mail us to arrange a viewing.
Do I need to bring anything with me?

To book a unit you will need to bring photographic ID with you. You’ll also need a padlock. These can be purchased on site (from £10) or you can bring your own.

How do I pay for my unit?
We will ask you to set up a standing order to pay for your unit (monthly in advance). Any initial payment required prior to you moving in can be paid by bank transfer, card, cash or cheque.
When can I access my unit?

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 – 17:00
  • Saturday: 8:30 – 14:00
  • Sunday: Closed

For access outside of these hours, please call us and we will endeavour to arrange where possible.

Do you offer a removals service or van hire?
No, we are purely a self storage facility, though we will be happy to recommend trusted local removal and van hire companies.
